Our vibration dampers are, as you know, equipped with UV-resistant plastisol end caps, which can also be adjusted by up to 10mm / 0.40″. But what about the actual spring suspension?
According to our own testing during product development, the dampers provide an exceptionally flexible suspension range of 74 to 84mm (2.9 to 3.3″) under a load capacity between 20 and 40 kg (44 and 88lb). This corresponds to a spring rate of 0.5 mm per kg (0.044″ per lb) , resulting in a significant vibration-damping potential, even under heavy loads.
Which means that Easy Installer can be used with pumps weighing up to 160kg / 344lb, provided you choose one of the Extreme variants!
